I’m a bookbinder and graphic designer currently studying at ArtEZ University of the Arts. I’m particularly interested in book design, printed matter, archiving, bookbinding and have a deep passion for traditional crafts. I
enjoy a collaborative creative process. My work is driven by a commitment to craftsmanship, with a keen eye for detail, colour combinations and clarity of design. Whether it’s crafting custom books, designing layouts, or preserving the beauty of traditional techniques, my goal is always to produce work that is both functional and visually compelling.

PAPERJAM

A platform which facilitates a place for students to sell their work and reach a wider audience.
PAPERJAM is a platform I created in collaboration with Julia Verweij (and previously also with Joshua van Blijderveen). This project started from a mutual excitement of wanting to sell our work and wanting to start building a network for ourselves. We created a place where our fellow students and us could sell their work to a wider audience. We organised a market during the ArtEZ Open Day (2024) at which we sold our own work as well as that of 21 fellow students.
This year we are continuing the PAPERJAM project but we are taking it online!
