I’m a bookbinder and graphic designer currently studying at ArtEZ University of the Arts. I’m particularly interested in book design, printed matter, archiving, bookbinding and have a deep passion for traditional crafts. I
enjoy a collaborative creative process. My work is driven by a commitment to craftsmanship, with a keen eye for detail, colour combinations and clarity of design. Whether it’s crafting custom books, designing layouts, or preserving the beauty of traditional techniques, my goal is always to produce work that is both functional and visually compelling.

Research project about traditional crafts that are featured in the Heritage Crafts Association
“Red List”.
A research project that was born out of my passion for traditional crafts. The book contains interviews with 9 craftsmen that are part of the HCA (Heritage Crafts Association). These interviews shed light on their perspective on the decline of traditional crafts. Each craftsperson was asked to fill in the same questionnaire. Each of their respective chapters starts with a description of the craft and an explanation of its decline. This description is followed by an introduction of the craftsperson, how long they have been in business and tells their background. The interviews are collected in this book each in their own colour-coded chapters. The book is hand-bound as a linnen hardcover. The title on the front cover and the colours on the back cover are heat pressed with vinyl.
