I’m a bookbinder and graphic designer currently studying at ArtEZ University of the Arts. I’m particularly interested in book design, printed matter, archiving, bookbinding and have a deep passion for traditional crafts. I
enjoy a collaborative creative process. My work is driven by a commitment to craftsmanship, with a keen eye for detail, colour combinations and clarity of design. Whether it’s crafting custom books, designing layouts, or preserving the beauty of traditional techniques, my goal is always to produce work that is both functional and visually compelling.

“A one-piece container called Clamshell”

Sjoerd van ReeA workshop I organised at school together with Sjoerd van Ree in which we taught Graphic Design students how to make their own basic clamshell box.
During the yearly Project Month at Graphic Design ArtEZ Arnhem I organised a workshop together with Sjoerd van Ree. We spent an entire day teaching the basics of box making to students from year 1,2 and 3. The workshop was mainly focused on helping students gain the skills to present their portfolio work in a professional manner.
